2022, a new year, a new hope

0

After an uphill battle against the ravages of the Covid pandemic, the Salvation Army is expanding and advancing in Osceola County. I believe that 2022 will be the year of advancing the mission of serving suffering humanity and bringing hope to the hopeless. We have big plans to serve this growing and exciting community.

In 2022, The Salvation Army of Osceola County will implement the following:
• Expansion of social services through resources and personnel
• Development of an affordable housing project that will ensure the safety of families in difficulty through housing and support services
• Introduction of the “Landlord to Tenant” program which will prevent homelessness and enable marginally stable families to transition to greater independence
• Collaborate with other nonprofits and agencies to reduce duplication of services and achieve a better return on fundraising investments
• Streamlining processing to enable faster turnaround time for service delivery

The Salvation Army believes that every person – regardless of economic or social status – deserves honor and dignity and we will fight for those who cannot fight for themselves. Many thanks to all our supporters and donors; without you, our mission cannot be accomplished. God bless Osceola County and all who live there!

Hope works!
