We are looking for accomplished full-time candidates with experience in commercial building types. Qualified candidates must be familiar with the type of building, technologies, applicable codes and be able to work effectively as part of an overall design team. Staff members work closely with senior managers and directors on every project, from schematic design to construction administration. People with initiative and the will to excel and take responsibility are ideal candidates. Knowledge/skills/skills required:

1. Degree in Architecture
2. Minimum 8 years of full-time experience after graduation
3. Candidate in the process of obtaining the architect’s permit. Architects licensed in the State of California an asset.
4. Must be an excellent problem solver and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in their work
5. Must have a solid understanding of building codes and experience working with construction documents
6. Must be highly organized and able to coordinate project information and documents
7. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other software.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Self-motivated, team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
