CLIFTON PARK – CAPTAIN Community and Human Services presents the 2nd Annual Swing Into Action Gold Tournament, taking place Friday, March 18 at Northway Golf Center’s TopTracer Range.
Three flights are available: 12 p.m.-2 p.m., 2 p.m.-4 p.m. and 4 p.m.-6 p.m. Tickets are $100 per golfer or $375 for a foursome. Sponsorships are available. Prizes will be awarded for Low Gross, Low Net, Longest Drive, Closest to the pin and Best Dressed Foursome.
TopTracer Virtual Golf revolutionizes the game with high quality graphics on a large built-in screen. As soon as the ball is hit on the range, the trajectory, distance and speed are displayed in stunning detail. Plus, you can experience world-class courses right at your fingertips. The quartets will benefit from a single room, and the individual bays are heated and open to the outside.
“Ultimately, this event is intended to support the more than thirty programs and services offered by CAPTAIN CHS,” said General Manager Andy Gilpin. “While we continue to have record requests, the support of our community and our event attendees and sponsors is essential to meet this need.”
