SWA Architects is currently looking for a full-time, experienced working captain to join our team of experts and assist, lead, guide and provide creative solutions to our diverse clients.

Position summary:

• Job Captain with 10 years of expertise
• Knowledge and experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Ability to collaborate with team members
• Solid understanding of California State and local building codes, including accessibility
• In-depth skills in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Sketch-Up and Microsoft Office Suite are essential
• Detail-oriented and collaborative team member
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
• Motivated and quick learner

Required/desired skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field of architecture from an accredited institution is desired
• Pursuing a professional bachelor’s degree in architecture preferred
• LEED accreditation encouraged
• HCAI/OSPHD experience desirable
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
