WHAT we are looking for:
DMHA Architecture + Interiors is growing and looking for experienced Job Captain and Revit Production Specialists for our growing business in Santa Barbara, CA.
We are looking for talented and motivated design professionals with a degree in architecture and (3) years or more of experience in conceptual design, design presentation, technical details, construction documents and administration of the construction. As an integral part of our business, the individual will work both independently and collaboratively within the project team. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in building document development in Revit BIM and rendering skills are required.

WHAT you bring:
- A desire to learn and be part of a team.
- (3) or more years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Degree in architecture or related field.
- In the process of obtaining an architect’s or interior designer’s permit.
- Develop and manage the architectural model in Revit with the project team and various consultants (2-3 years of experience in Revit is required).
- Experience in technical construction documentation.

The candidate must be a US citizen or have permanent resident status. Candidate must be willing to relocate to the Santa Barbara area, but hybrid remote work may be considered.
