Thor is the last remaining member of the original Avengers trio of Captain America, Iron Man, and himself. Now that Cap and Iron man AKA Tony stark have played out their respective stories (at least in this universe), who does the god of thunder miss the most? Thor actor Chris Hemsworth has an answer. And that probably won’t surprise you. Someone probably made one too many Breaking point to joke.
“I don’t know if Tony was ever very nice to Thor,” Hemsworth told ComicBook.com. “[Thor] was the butt of all the jokes. He was not. Cap has always been a bit friendlier.
This should come as no surprise to anyone who has watched the Avengers movies. Or really anyone who just watched the first one. Although Tony has tons of fans, his relationships with his teammates have always been tempered by the fact that he always assumes he’s the smartest guy in the room (admittedly, he’s often right about that). subject – but it’s not really tricky to let everyone in the room know that you mean it). Not to mention his often infuriating habit of “giving” his fellow Avengers “funny” nicknames.
While Cap is… let’s face it, not only is he America’s ass, he’s also America’s choice for a best friend. Aren’t we all jealous of Sam and Bucky? And even if he’s not your best friend, he’s at least polite. Hey, Thor looked as happy as everyone else in the theater when Cap wielded Mjolnir in Avengers: Endgame. Of course, he misses him.
