Speaking to News18, Sachin Shiva said, “My 15 years of hard struggle have paid off. I am delighted to be the captain of the Indian team. Although we spent so many years representing the Indian team, we did not get the credit we deserved. Even our salary did not match that of the main team,” he claimed. Only players from Delhi, Punjab, West Bengal and Kashmir have captained the Indian team so far, he added.
