Eleven players chosen by head coach Alan Dickens are ready for their championship arc, with only right winger Deago Bailey, outside center Tom Litchfield, scrum-half Tom Carr-Smith and hooker John Stewart set for their second campaign.

The defending champions have prepared for the Championship with a joint session with Oxford University and Dickens is excited to see what they can do at DAM Health Stadium.

Dickens said: “We’ve had a really good start to the training week and the attitude and commitment from the guys has been outstanding.

“Yesterday we had a joint session with Oxford University after our game against them in mid-January. It’s useful to be able to incorporate that into our preparation for the Six Nations.

“Scotland will be a tough team to face but the boys have put in some quality preparation and we are looking forward to taking to the pitch in Edinburgh.

“For many players this game will be their first Six Nations experience and it will be a very special moment; I want them to remember that on Friday night and relish the occasion.
