Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma is going through a tough time in IPL 2022.
The skipper is out for just 2 after going 5 balls in IPL 2022 Match 44 between Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals played at DY Patil Sports Stadium in Navi Mumbai.
Chasing a tricky tally of 159 posted by the Rajasthan Royals thanks to a hard shot from Orange Cap holder Jos Buttler, MI got off to another poor start to the tournament with the bat, losing Rohit early, in just a third of the game .
Ashwin was ecstatic after dismissing his Indian teammate. However, in the stands, a sweet moment occurred.
All Rohit fans know how passionate, expressive and emotional his wife Ritika is when he strikes.
Saturday’s game was no different. She was very emotional when Rohit came out. Nothing is going MI or Rohit’s way and it was reflected in Ritika’s expressions.
However, soon Ashwin’s wife Prithi went to Ritika and gave her a warm hug to show her support.
It was a beautiful moment off the field between the two.

How did Ashwin delete Rohit?
Ashwin fell well and threw it to Rohit. He went to sweep it, but the extra full-length bounce went over an upper edge and Daryll Mitchell ran back to take a hold. Ashwin was of course very happy to have one of the best hitters in the world.
