Qualifications

Summary:

AO is looking for a Job Captain to join our amazing interior design team. This person should be detail-oriented and passionate about design, with in-depth knowledge of Revit and CAD. The main responsibilities of the Senior Interior Designer include visualizing and sketching design plans based on client objectives, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure compliance. alignment with design specifications and additionally managing the project lifecycle from start to finish, collaborating with the other designers and senior designers to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Core Expectations:

  • 5-7 years of interior design experience (hotel ID and CD)
  • Familiar with FF&E selection and specifications
  • Mastery of Revit and AutoCAD
  • Portfolio of design work.
  • Experience in computational design.
  • Very creative, imaginative and artistic.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when it comes to communicating an artistic vision.

Some things we would like to see:

  • Experience in office, retail and hospitality a plus but not essential
